Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Alliances & Partners Director to join our team at Ivalua. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partner strategy in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our go-to-market strategy and execute it in your sales area.
  • Map your partner ecosystem and adapt your regional partner strategy to support the go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, and other key partners.
  • Craft go-to-market strategies with partners to influence the market and generate opportunities.
  • Organize deal-shaping in large accounts with our global system integrators and big four partners.
  • Create and leverage a network of advisors to support our sales teams.
  • Map the influence of your ecosystem against joint prospects and customers.
  • Support sales teams in setting up for success along the development of opportunities.
  • Carry out operational cadence and quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Source, qualify, recruit, and onboard new partners.
  • Implement partner sales enablement programs and skills development plans for partner project teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a B2B enterprise SaaS provider, consulting firm, or system integrator with sales, project direction, or management experience.
  • Committed to the success of the region, self-driven, and able to pursue strategic goals with precise and rigorous execution.
  • Loving challenges and able to manage complex situations or conflicts.
  • Strong experience in complex sales dealing with global system integrators and big four types of partners.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in building strategic relationships, increasing sales, and aligning business development goals with partners.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Interest in technology and understanding of complex technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, specifically procurement or supply chain solutions, and/or market knowledge is a plus.
  • English and French language proficiency.
