About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team at RTL AdAlliance, a leading advertising sales house. As a key member of our Product & Revenue Development department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our digital portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profits from our available inventory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Product, Supply, and Finance, to drive revenue growth and improve margin
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform revenue optimization decisions
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and rate card development
  • Monitor and analyze revenue and margin development across multiple revenue streams

About You

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in digital advertising environments. You should have a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising environments
  • Background in advertising sales, media agency, or digital publisher
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, paired with implementation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Dutch, French, Italian) a plus
