Head of Product Strategy, Revenue Optimization

PandaDoc is on the lookout for a visionary leader to spearhead our Revenue Optimization division within the Growth sector. In this pivotal position, you will shape and implement the strategic roadmap for PandaDoc's revenue generation efforts, overseeing various product teams dedicated to fostering sustainable business expansion. Your primary focus will be on enhancing essential aspects such as pricing models, product bundling, customer acquisition flows, and other vital revenue interaction points.

The perfect candidate will have a profound grasp of pricing methodologies, market trends, and consumer behavior, coupled with exceptional analytical capabilities and strategic foresight. With a successful history of directing revenue initiatives and promoting financial growth, ideally through a product-led growth (PLG) framework, you will be tasked with guiding teams and formulating, aligning, and advocating for a product strategy rooted in a comprehensive understanding of our clientele and sales processes, thoroughly backed by data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a detailed revenue optimization strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a small team of Growth Product Managers focused on revenue initiatives
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment within the product teams
  • Drive product improvements and optimizations to enhance conversion rates and customer lifetime value (cLTV)
  • Design and manage A/B testing and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and assess outcomes
  • Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to advance revenue initiatives
  • Ensure transparent communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders
  • Gain deep insights into customer needs, challenges, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.
About You:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in revenue optimization
  • Proven experience leading multiple product teams
  • Track record of increasing revenue for a significant product line or business
  • Strong analytical decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues into clear narratives
  • Demonstrated excellence in principled decision-making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership
