Your Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis and define functional requirements.
  • Engage in testing of developed solutions to ensure quality assurance.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
  • Actively participate in an Agile team, taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Experience diverse roles and tasks within an international setting.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance, whether as a business analyst, system analyst, or tester.
  • A quick learning ability in a supportive yet challenging international environment.
  • The capability to work in France and the European Union on a full-time basis.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in both English and French, with confidence in collaborating with native English speakers.
  • An understanding of insurance business processes.
  • Team leadership skills and management experience.
Work Environment

While our main office is located in Paris, the role involves working with clients abroad, which may require travel up to 50% of your work time.

We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid home office model (2-3 days per week in the office) as we prioritize work-life balance at Sollers.
