About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Professional to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
