Operations Manager

As an Operations Supervisor at Nippon Gases, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial production facilities. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of quality, safety, and productivity while adhering to company procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure operational discipline, order, cleanliness, quality, and quantity within your department.
- Plan and organize production operations to meet customer demands and company targets.
- Monitor and improve the quality of products delivered to customers.
- Manage and motivate department staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Organize regular work meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and set goals.
- Assess and review employee performance to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Train employees in procedures and work instructions to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Production, Management, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
- Significant experience in industrial production, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processes and equipment.
- Fluent French language skills, with good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with office software, JDE, and other relevant systems.
- Clean criminal record and safety training.
