We are currently in search of a skilled Sales Director (M/F) for a permanent role. If you possess a natural talent for sales and aspire to be part of a flourishing organization with a promising future, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy in partnership with the Director to achieve corporate goals and respond to market needs.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the sales team towards reaching targets through effective daily management practices.
  • Sales Opportunity Identification: Uncover avenues for growth by seeking new clients and enhancing relationships with current customers.
  • Creation of Action Plans: Formulate comprehensive action plans to attain sales objectives, outlining priorities, strategies, and tactics.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and analyze team performance utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, prioritize their satisfaction, and proactively address their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of competitors' actions, scrutinize their market positioning, sales tactics, and product offerings to adjust your sales approach as necessary.
  • Reporting and Insights: Deliver regular updates on sales performance, market trends, sales projections, and profitability assessments.
  • Company Representation: Act as the company’s representative at events to promote and cultivate client/prospect relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive sales experience in the Telecommunications/Mobile sector (minimum 5 years).
  • Passionate about challenges and exploring new market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker, organized, persistent, and customer-focused.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Commerce and prior experience in the Telecommunications/Mobile sector.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel purposes.

Compensation: Base salary of 40K + variable component (30%)

Starter Package: Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile device

Travel Requirements: Regular travel within the region and occasional out-of-state travel.
