DIX HUIT - 18 is a company founded in 2008 by two partners with expertise in operational management within the fields of Quality, Safety, and Environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Sales and Client Relations Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Prepare and monitor quotes based on technical offers for various business areas within the company;
  • Manage commercial contractual documents, including signed quotes, purchase orders, and service provision contracts;
  • Maintain and update the client database within our commercial management tool.

Administrative and Invoicing Management

  • Monitor the activity of consultant employees: time allocation, verification/consistency of expense claims;
  • Manage subcontractor activities: coding, validation, and processing of purchases, subcontracting contracts management, collection, and verification of invoices;
  • Handle invoicing, customer credits, as well as any outstanding payments or potential disputes;
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards (particularly QUALIOPI) and adherence to processes and best practices throughout all sales stages.
  • Monitor the billing schedule (monthly closure);
  • Carry out tendering processes.

Coordination of Various Internal and External Stakeholders

  • Facilitate relationships between different suppliers and internal departments to ensure successful sales execution (consultants, trainers, sales representatives, subcontractors...);
  • Coordinate actions of different business areas and company teams;
  • Maintain communication between operations and support functions;
  • Manage daily interactions with organizational clients (calls, emails, meetings...) as well as with various involved suppliers;
  • Work closely with various company departments: operations, accounting, sales, IT....

Note: Responsibilities are not limited to those listed above.

Your Skills

If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and hold a minimum of a Bac +2 diploma with at least 2 years of experience in sales administration and/or customer relations management, then you possess the necessary qualifications for this role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ERP and commercial management software;
  • Mastery of office tools; Power BI would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of contract tracking and management tools.
