We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Solutions team at Datadog. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through multiple channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, and screen sharing tools, to identify and resolve technical support requests.
- Reproduce technical issues and dive into Datadog's 400+ integrations to provide in-depth solutions.
- Become certified in product demos and lead presentations to customers, showcasing the capabilities of our platform.
- Participate in product conversations with internal teams, providing valuable feedback from customer interactions.
- Develop expertise in one or more Datadog product areas, becoming a trusted resource for customers and internal teams alike.
- CS/Engineering major or Bootcamp graduate with a strong foundation in computer science and programming principles.
- Active contributor to open-source projects, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and learn from others.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning, with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Effective written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and programming experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
