Job Summary

Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in managing the reception area, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage the cash box and valuable items, as well as guest rooms and transportation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for front desk team members.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of service quality, safety, and hygiene, as well as adherence to Club Med's processes.
  • Participate in sales promotion activities within the resort, including promoting overnight stays, bed and breakfast, and meals.
  • Respond to guest requests and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 4 months of work experience and ability to relocate overseas.
  • Optional: degree in tourism or hotel services.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • IT skills.
  • Excellent English language skills are required, with other foreign language skills optional.
