Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Front Office Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the senior management of the hotel in collecting information on issues arising from customer service throughout the entire hotel operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior management in collecting information on customer service issues.
- Responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during the shift period under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager.
- Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcome important guests and ensure their stay is exceptional.
- Conduct safety and daily equipment inspections for the entire hotel.
- Resolve safety issues that occur during the shift.
- Coordinate with other shifts on matters that need to be communicated in the handover record.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree or above, with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English language skills, with a good image and temperament.
- Proficient in computer operation and possessing strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- A dignified appearance, passion for hotel work, dedication to business research, quick reflexes, good communication skills, and good management and coordination abilities.
- A sense of responsibility in work, ability to take responsibility, and strong execution ability.
- Ambition, good learning ability, and ability to handle pressure.
