Job Overview

CPRPF is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Administrative and Remuneration Management team as an apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to employee management, payroll, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Verify and calculate salary components, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage time and attendance records, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Contribute to occupational health processes, promoting a safe and healthy work environment

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Assist with document archiving, maintaining organized and secure records
  • Potentially contribute to a project aimed at enhancing our professional travel management processes, leveraging analytical and control methods

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software, with a focus on HR and payroll systems
  • Strong adherence to guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Educational Background:

Minimum qualification: HR diploma (BTS GPME / DUT GEA)

Selection Process:

Candidates selected for this role will undergo an initial HR phone screening, followed by an interview with our team, to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
