Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, mon client recherche un Key Account Manager Aerospace & Defense H/F sur son site situé dans le département des Hauts-de-Seine.

Descriptif du poste

Rattaché à la Direction commerciale, le Key Account Manager (KAM) Aerospace & Defense est responsable d'un portefeuille de clients grands comptes nationaux et/ou internationaux dans le secteur de l'Aérospatial et de la Défense et du domaine Test & Mesure.

Il gère une sélection de comptes clés dans leur ensemble et s'assure d'avoir la maîtrise la plus totale par la connaissance de tous les projets, les acteurs liés à ceux-ci et le planning de réalisation.

Le KAM sait mettre en œuvre et orchestrer les supports, outils et ressources indispensables au bon suivi et développement de ses clients et s'assure de la bonne réalisation de tous les projets en cours en véritable chef de projet.

Ses missions :

  • Établir et maintenir une relation-client efficace, de proximité et de qualité à long terme et dans un climat de confiance avec les comptes stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  • Identifier, anticiper, comprendre et analyser les besoins du client/du prospect en termes de faisabilité technique et de rentabilité financière.
  • Prospecter, développer et conclure de nouvelles opportunités de vente avec son portefeuille-client.
  • Créer de la demande pour les produits, solutions et services du catalogue en augmentant leur visibilité et leur adoption auprès des clients.
  • Cultiver et maintenir une relation stratégique avec les interlocuteurs clés et principaux décideurs de ses clients.
  • Préparer, présenter et exécuter le plan stratégique de développement de compte.
  • Négocier avec le client les solutions techniques et financières les mieux adaptées.
  • Prendre en charge et gérer en autonomie l'affaire/le projet depuis l'identification du besoin jusqu'à la commande.
  • Suivre et contrôler l'avancement technique et la conformité contractuelle de la réalisation des projets.
  • Assurer une gestion efficace des ressources internes locales ou celles de la maison mère à Munich pour garantir le succès des plans d'actions.
  • Coopérer efficacement avec le réseau de distributeurs et partenaires.
Profil recherché

Pour mener à bien cette mission, vous devez impérativement être diplômé en électronique (Formation Bac+5) et avoir une expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) de ventes Grands Comptes en électronique, Test & Mesure ou technologies de pointe.

Mais aussi :

· Excellente connaissance et expertise dans la gestion de projets et processus de ventes complexes.

· Forte connaissance des stratégies de vente et de négociation.

· Bonne connaissance ou attrait au secteur de l'Aérospatial et de la Défense.

· Agilité, autonomie.

· Goût pour le travail d'équipe, la collaboration et l'échange régulier avec toutes les fonctions de supports de l'entreprise.

· Force de proposition et de persuasion, bon communicant.

· Goût du challenge et orienté résultat/client.

· Maîtrise de l'anglais.

· Ce poste pourrait nécessiter une habilitation délivrée par les autorités.
