Position Overview: Performance Optimization Manager
As a key member of the Operations Division, you will spearhead the Performance strategy and ensure the effective implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the organization, aligning with the Group's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework.
- Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement by advocating for the integration of methodologies and best practices to boost operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on continuous improvement techniques, tools, and project execution.
- Oversee the Factory TPM Coordinators.
- Formulate and execute the Master Plan aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and overall site performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with various teams and manufacturing sites.
- Facilitate Industrial Performance projects.
- Evaluate processes and operational performance to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Controlling team to ensure accurate performance reporting (KPIs, results measurement, project tracking, etc.).
- Stay informed about emerging technologies (automation, digitization, robotization, processes, etc.) to maintain factories at a Best in Class standard and propose projects that align with the industrial strategy.
- Assist sites in the digital transformation of operational processes.
- Support the Operations Division in the development and revision of the Industrial Master Plan and Factory Master Plans.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent based on experience).
- Demonstrated experience, with at least 3 years in a comparable position.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, adaptability, and perseverance.
- Proactive and capable of generating proposals.
- Strong listening skills, interpersonal abilities, and teaching aptitude.
- Analytical thinking and synthesis capabilities.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and organized.
