Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 13 Sales Executives distributed across various agencies in France,
  • Formulate and execute the sales strategy,
  • Establish and monitor the team's KPIs to guarantee optimal performance,
  • Oversee operational management: Handle your own portfolio by identifying new clients while ensuring the retention of current clients,
  • Collaborate closely with different internal departments (Logistics, Export/Import, Finance, etc.).
Qualifications:With a background in commerce, you possess experience as a Commercial Manager/Sales Manager within the maritime transport sector and have prior managerial experience. You are well-versed in BCO/NVO operations. Your sales acumen and interpersonal skills are exceptional. You are proactive and focused on achieving results. Proficiency in English is essential.
