The Rec Hub is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving excellence in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent across various disciplines, including Sales and Go-To-Market positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and find the perfect fit.
- Innovate and improve our recruitment processes to stay ahead in the competitive tech market.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Sales recruitment with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Solid network of GTM professionals in Paris and beyond.
- Genuine interest in the latest GTM trends and developments.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering top talent quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both candidates and clients.
