Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent across various disciplines, including Sales and Go-To-Market positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and find the perfect fit.
  • Innovate and improve our recruitment processes to stay ahead in the competitive tech market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales recruitment with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Solid network of GTM professionals in Paris and beyond.
  • Genuine interest in the latest GTM trends and developments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering top talent quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both candidates and clients.
