We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) transformation in Europe. As the Head of HSE, you will be responsible for defining and implementing HSE strategies across our industrial activities in matrix organisations at an international level.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE strategy for Europe, aligned with our company's vision and values.
- Lead the HSE team in Europe, providing guidance and support to ensure a holistic approach to HSE.
- Manage the Group Health and Safety policy for Europe, defining standards and ensuring their application across the organisation.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify and evaluate risks, implement controls, and monitor KPIs.
- Develop a strong safety culture and coordinate with local teams to ensure consistent and effective safety practices.
- Approximately 15 years of experience in a similar role, with strong operational experience within an FMCG environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive changes across all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate risks.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
