Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dedicated team specializing in cost estimation for significant construction projects and major renovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines.
  • Oversee subcontractor management and coordination.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in cost estimation, particularly in building renovations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Travel for site evaluations and project discussions will be necessary. This position is based in Saint Quentin en Yvelines and emphasizes teamwork and collaboration.
