Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager

About the Opportunity:
Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager to join our Global HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and change management across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with our HR Digital domain leaders to design and implement enhanced user journeys, leveraging AI to simplify access to our solutions and improve user satisfaction.
- Change Management: Develop and execute communication and training plans for our implementation projects and existing solutions, ensuring our users are equipped to effectively use our apps.
- Digital Innovation: Monitor emerging technologies and propose the strategic use of AI in our platforms, working closely with our IT and Digital partners.
- Sephora HR Digital Promotion: Stay up-to-date on key HR Digital projects at Sephora local and global levels, supporting our VP Global HR Digital in building and communicating our strategy, and promoting our digital initiatives through internal communication channels.
Requirements:
- Higher education in HR, Digital, or Communication.
- 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on change management, data monitoring, design thinking, user journey mapping, learning content creation, and roll-out.
- Strong knowledge of HR and communication processes, particularly Learning, Employee Engagement, and Recruitment.
- Interest in new technologies, especially AI-driven, and their application to HR processes and solutions.
- Client-focus, ability to build strong relationships, and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Creativity and a strategic vision.
