Senior Principal Sustainability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Sustainability to join our R&D Packaging team at Coty, a leading beauty company with a strong commitment to sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our packaging sustainability strategy, aligning with our company's defined targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement packaging sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Lead the development of sustainability tools and support packaging categories in measuring, controlling, and driving their sustainability roadmap.
- Represent Coty in various packaging and sustainability committees, including SPICE, FEBEA, CITEO, and EBS.
- Define packaging material policy and guidelines, with achievable objectives and measurable KPIs.
- Develop a global packaging sustainability strategy with roadmap and action plan, including targets, KPIs, timeline, and plan of execution.
- Provide support to the packaging team on packaging rules and regulations, sustainability definitions, and packaging claims.
- Establish an eco-design packaging guideline and participate in packaging sustainability solutions, innovation, and research.
- Solid experience in packaging, sustainability, and team management.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry or related fields.
- Proven record of leading sustainability and packaging strategy from implementation to execution.
- Master's degree in sciences, such as sustainability, packaging, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with focus on priorities and adaptability.
