About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Sustainability to join our R&D Packaging team at Coty, a leading beauty company with a strong commitment to sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Packaging sustainability strategy, aligning with our company's defined targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Packaging sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Lead the Packaging sustainability team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure effective communication.
  • Represent Coty in industry committees and forums, promoting our sustainability vision and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring Coty remains at the forefront of sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability reports, ensuring accurate and transparent representation of our progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Packaging, Sustainability, and team management.
  • Proven track record of leading sustainability and packaging strategy, from implementation to execution.
  • Master's degree in sciences, such as sustainability, packaging, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively in a global context.
