Nous travaillons avec des entreprises pharmaceutiques, biotechnologiques, cosmétiques et bien d'autres encore, auxquelles nous fournissons des solutions innovantes et modulables.
Missions clés- Gérer et maintenir les processus du système de gestion de la qualité CHC, y compris la rédaction avec des modèles prédéfinis, le téléchargement et l'initiation du flux d'approbation.
- Créer des « job-aids » appropriés.
- Diriger la définition des processus, collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés, Business System lead et les spécialistes digitaux pour assurer l'efficacité des processus via la simplification et la standardisation.
- Identifier et poursuivre les opportunités de standardisation, d'optimisation et de rationalisation des processus.
- Avoir le rôle de Business Process Owner, en collaboration avec Business System Owner et global Digital Product Owners.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés (médical, R&D, marketing, finance, E&BI, contrôle interne, etc.).
- Gérer la gouvernance opérationnelle transversale et l'excellence.
- Assurer la préparation aux audits et inspections.
- Examiner, approuver ou rejeter les demandes de modification des processus.
- Collaborer avec les équipes du Client et des Vendors pour aligner les objectifs commerciaux, les ressources et la planification des projets.
- Coordonner avec le Chef de Projet Vendor pour identifier les flux de travail nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs du projet.
- Être le référent en gestion du changement.
- Titulaire d'un master dans un domaine équivalent.
- Expérience de 5 ans au moins en biotechnologie ou en pharmaceutique.
- Compétences solides en collaboration, conceptualisation et innovation.
- Expérience en gestion de projets.
- Compétences en résolution de conflits, prise de décision et négociation.
- Niveau professionnel en anglais (lu, parlé, écrit).
