Join Our Team as a CRM and Sales Process Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM and Sales Process Lead to join our team at Flexis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales processes to drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within the CRM database.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, designing and implementing streamlined sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Creative and customer-obsessed individual with a proven track record in CRM management and sales operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and with agility in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for building and improving processes.
  • Fluent English, with other languages a plus.
