CRM and Sales Process Optimization Lead

At Flexis, we are revolutionizing the green logistics sector by creating more sustainable societies and changing the way we move goods through cities. We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Sales Process Optimization Lead to join our team.

This role is ideal for a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for customer satisfaction and service quality. As a CRM and Sales Process Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales processes to drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within the CRM database.
  • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to design and implement streamlined sales processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and enforce sales process guidelines and workflows, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, and address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Creative and customer-obsessed individual with a proven track record in CRM management and sales operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and with agility in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for building and improving processes.
  • Fluent English, with other languages a plus.

We aim to make this project a success by raising significant investments and reaching rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn.
