Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy
- Develop and implement HR roadmaps that align with our business plans and objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to develop strategies and ensure robust HR alignment with business priorities.
- Deliver HR aspects of organizational changes that arise from business unit transformations.
- Contribute to the development of our company's strategy and vision.
- HR Management
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of HR services.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our business objectives.
- Provide advice to leaders on building a safe and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement succession planning to ensure the continuity of our business.
- Collaborate with other HR teams across the company to share best practices and drive consistency.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
