Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at UPTOO. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our clients in France and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned clients in France and Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and create a competitive advantage for our company.
- Work closely with the engineering and innovation team to identify and respond to client needs, including new projects and ongoing opportunities.
- Support the development and modification of new products through engineering and technical support for design, process, and validation; encourage patent requests.
- Defend the offer (calculation analysis, cost ventilation, final price) and manage project planning.
- Collaborate with the key account manager to support strategic planning, including a comprehensive market study and competitor analysis to understand the market niche, product development, and penetration opportunities.
- Graduate of an engineering school (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of the automotive sector.
- Proven experience in the industry (general, automotive, aerospace), with a strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and be a driving force for market development.
- Ambitious and proactive, with a strong ability to work in a team, even remotely.
- Fluent in English.
- Located near Besançon or willing to travel to the factory once a month.
