Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our team at Ikory Project Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects, from new development to redevelopment and restructuring/renovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Programming: Develop technical, functional, and environmental project programs, including requirements gathering and drafting specifications.
  • Technical Service Provider Management: Consult, select, and manage technical service providers, including consultants, architects, and engineering firms.
  • Audit and Due Diligence: Oversee audits and due diligence for acquisitions, focusing on technical, functional, and environmental aspects.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor upstream studies and project phases, including Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Design, Construction, and Tender Documents.
  • Operational Oversight: Act as AMO (Owner's Representative) or MOD (Delegated Owner's Representative) during project execution, property handover, and warranty monitoring.
  • Administrative and Contractual Management: Monitor administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of projects, including risk tracking.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Develop and integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and energy performance initiatives for projects under management.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate or construction, with experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Team spirit, attention to detail, ability to synthesize information, autonomy, customer orientation, and capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language: Proficiency in English in a professional context.
