Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Hitachi Digital Services. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading sales and solution development with Automotive OEM and Tier 1/Tier 2 customers, driving the sales cycle, and building and expanding relationships with key customer business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and solution development with Automotive OEM and Tier 1/Tier 2 customers
- Drive the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, scoping, proposal development, and contracting
- Build and expand relationships with key customer business stakeholders
- Bring automotive manufacturing industry expertise to our clients
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing sales role in IT professional services or consulting
- Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the automotive manufacturing industry in Michigan or Ohio
- A strong background in a program/project and managed services environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and within client organizations
- Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments
Qualifications
- A deep knowledge of the automotive manufacturing domain and innovation in industrial areas
- Able to anticipate technology and market trends and provide guidance and feedback to the business
- A proven track record in building long-term client relationships through the creation of value and developing a strong reference base
- Able to deliver high levels of client satisfaction and client engagement
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $150k - $175k base + commissions up to $1M, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
