Event Production Coordinator

At Host Broadcast Services, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers in the preparation and operational phases of various events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Production Coordinator and/or Production Assistant, with a focus on sport productions being a plus. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating tasks within the production department
Contributing to production specific workflows and organisational structures
Coordinating with Sub-Contractors on administrative and logistical matters
Assisting the Production Managers with budget cost tracking
Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and contributing to contracts

Fluency in English is required, with Spanish and French proficiency being a plus. Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are also essential. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Paris/Boulogne.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of events and contribute to the success of our productions.
