We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert Lead to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Security Services: Ensure that security services are designed and implemented correctly, and are compliant with AXA group security policies.
- Project Management: Lead cybersecurity operations-related activities and provide cybersecurity expertise and engineering on technology solutions.
- Technology and Information Security Projects: Support business-facing teams for their support and project activities, and drive projects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Security Solutions: Work with the team to design new cybersecurity solutions, manage end-of-life and obsolescence of platforms and cybersecurity solutions, and ensure impacts of new solutions have been assessed.
- Operational Security: Implement IT processes, upgrade existing processes, and document both.
- Risk Management: Assess, challenge, and review vulnerabilities criticality to deliver risk-based insights to business stakeholders.
- Communication: Provide support to project and business stakeholders on deficiencies found and remediations to implement, and explain security challenges and recommendations to non-IT stakeholders.
- Education: Master degree in Computer Science or significant experience in similar technical IT management roles.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with information risk approach and risks analysis experience mandatory.
- Certifications: Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, and ability to function effectively in a matrix structure.
