The Role: Senior Renewable Energy Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Renewable Energy Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the renewable energy market. You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand 3E's presence in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, including developers, asset managers, operators, investors, and EPC contractors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the renewable energy landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government officials, and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business for 3E.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including technology trends, regulatory landscape, and financing mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
