INTRA-LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER
LOCATION: Chartres (France)
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Intra-Logistics Operations Manager, you will oversee the flow of materials and manage the logistics team, reporting directly to the Warehouse & Agility Leader.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that logistics operations align with production schedules and resource management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this dynamic role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately determining the staffing needs of the warehouse team in accordance with production requirements and financial guidelines.
- Coordinating the receipt of components, shipment of finished products, and disposal of waste to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring the handling resources on-site and ensuring their maintenance for optimal performance.
- Addressing and resolving reception and shipment issues in collaboration with relevant departments (Supply, Planning, Quality).
- Leading the Warehouse Team (including Team Leaders and Forklift Operators) by ensuring effective training and skill development.
- Maintaining the accuracy of physical stock and IT records through established control processes.
