We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Director to join our team at Pacific International Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Lead a team of production staff to ensure high-quality products and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and control plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant management or operations role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in French and professional English
