Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Service Clients pour notre manufacture à Yainville - Normandie.
Principales missions :
- Relations clients BTC et BTB : contacts téléphoniques et email via Zendesk
- Aide à la navigation et renseignements des clients
- Suivi des commandes internet, de la prise de commande jusqu'à la livraison
- Participation aux actions commerciales et contribution au CA
- Édition et suivi de devis, création de compte client et commande avec génération de lien de paiement sécurisé
- Traitement des retours et échanges, traitement des réclamations clients e-commerce et autres canaux
- Participation à l'optimisation du site internet
- Suivi et gestion du stock dédié WEB
Profil :
De formation minimum Bac+2, vous disposez de fortes compétences en commerce et relation clients.
Vous avez l'esprit commercial et le sens du service.
Une expérience dans la relation clients serait la bienvenue.
