Regional Market Development Manager, EMEA, Biotech and Pharma

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Market Development Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Biosciences Segment Market Development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Biotech and Pharma markets in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to drive divisional and group growth in Biotech and Pharma.
- Support the Biosciences Division (BID) OEM business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials.
- Partner with EMEA Regional Market Development (RMD) managers to drive portfolio strategy within the Biotech and Pharma segments.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support commercial revenue goals.
- Measure and report on the efficiency of marketing activities and adjust tactics to improve performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Biology, Biochemistry, or related subject area.
- Experience in a marketing role, responsible for product or portfolio marketing, go-to-market strategy & execution.
- Experience in biotech or pharma industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and execution skills, with ability to prioritize and influence without authority.
- Collaborative approach to developing and sharing strategy, tactics, and analytics.

This role is being offered as Onsite (4 days office and 1 day at home) based at our offices in any of the following locations: Inchinnan, Scotland; Milan, Italy; Madrid, Spain; Paris, France or Darmstadt, Germany. Some international travel may be required, up to a max of 25% per annum, including some overnight stays.
