As a Hotel Operations Manager at citizenM, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our hotel in Paris. You will work closely with your team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a clean and comfortable hotel environment
- Provide guests with information on local attractions and amenities
- Handle reservations and administrative tasks
- Work with our Hotel Management System
- Manage daily meeting rooms and functions
Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
- Coach and train team members to develop their skills
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations
- Ensure a sound understanding of citizenM brand values
Food and Beverage:
- Work with the team to serve our guest canteenM
- Manage daily food and beverage revenue targets
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to manage hotel room inventory
Cost Control:
- Manage the purchasing of food and beverage items and hotel operating equipment
- Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (any other language is considered a plus)
- Valid work permit for France
- 2+ years of managerial/coaching experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
