Nous recherchons un Business Development Representative pour rejoindre notre équipe de marketing direct à Paragon Western Europe. Vous serez chargé de prospecter de nouveaux clients, de valoriser nos solutions et d'optimiser les processus de vente en utilisant les dernières techniques de prospection.

Missions
  • Prospection : Identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients potentiels à travers des techniques de prospection, incluant le cold calling, l'emailing et l'utilisation d'outils CRM.
  • Valorisation de nos solutions : Comprendre et promouvoir nos offres combinant supports papier et stratégies digitales auprès des prospects.
  • Utilisation des outils tech : Maîtriser les plateformes de marketing automation, les outils d'analyse de données et les logiciels de gestion de campagnes multi-canal pour une prospection optimisée.
  • Communication et négociation : Exceller dans l'art de la communication pour présenter et vendre efficacement nos solutions.
  • Orientation résultats : Suivre et analyser les performances de vos campagnes pour ajuster les stratégies en fonction des données.
Profil recherché
  • Diplômé d'une formation de niveau Bac +5 type école de commerce.
  • Expérience confirmée en prospection, avec une maîtrise des techniques telles que le CRM, le cold calling et l'emailing.
  • Idéalement, connaissance approfondie du secteur du marketing direct et des dynamiques digitales, avec une capacité à intégrer des stratégies physiques et digitales.
  • Maîtrise des outils tech (marketing automation, analyse de données, gestion de campagnes multi-canal).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec un sens aigu du résultat.
  • Capacité à analyser les données de performance et à ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
