Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of revenue generation for the hotel by maximizing the use of electronic distribution channels, including property websites, third-party sites, and social media sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of integrated marketing efforts to increase awareness and drive revenue.
- Support the implementation of social media and internet initiatives for the hotel.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other targeted social media channels through social media monitoring platforms.
- Identify revenue or partnership opportunities on social media or third-party websites.
- Ensure consistency of published content across all hotel and outlet listings on various websites.
- Manage online reputation and respond to reviews on TripAdvisor and other similar sites.
- Update all Hyatt websites and third-party sites.
- Assist with marketing projects as assigned by Managers.
- Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Managers.
- Polished writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic Search Engine Optimization principles a plus.
- Self-starter and strong collaborator.
- Effective leadership skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative, organized, and strong business sense.
- Effective communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven quantitative analytical skills.
- Experienced and comfortable managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram) on a professional level.
- Knowledge of graphic design software a plus.
