Regional Sales Manager

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team in the Western Region, focusing on Respiratory Immunology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans to expand our presence in the market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
  4. Provide input into regional and local account plans to ensure effective execution.
  5. Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice and Regeneron SOPs.

Requirements:

  1. Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry.
  2. Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences.
  4. Fluency in French and strong communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to manage and coach the sales team to deliver commercial goals.
  6. Commitment to working in collaboration and developing excellent partnerships internally and externally.
