Regional Sales Manager

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team in the Western Region, focusing on Respiratory Immunology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans to expand our presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Provide input into regional and local account plans to ensure effective execution.
- Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice and Regeneron SOPs.
Requirements:
- Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry.
- Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences.
- Fluency in French and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and coach the sales team to deliver commercial goals.
- Commitment to working in collaboration and developing excellent partnerships internally and externally.
