We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Verkor, a leading industrial company in the field of low-carbon battery manufacturing. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy and sourcing activity for Facilities Management Services (Capex-Opex) for our Verkor Giga Factory in Dunkirk.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of the category strategy for Facilities Management, working closely with key stakeholders and category leaders.
- Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management (FM) activity, supporting the ramp-up of the plant and collaborating with the construction team.
- Drive the sourcing and procurement process for FM services, defining optimization plans to reduce lead times and costs.
- Negotiate and monitor FM contracts, ensuring high-quality services and safety standards.
- Develop and implement SRM processes and supplier performance KPIs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and propose changes to ensure procurement department effectiveness.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with a strong background in Facility Management.
- Master's degree in Procurement Management or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of FM services, including cleaning, security, building maintenance, and multi-technical maintenance.
- Experience with digital procurement solutions, including ERP systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and entrepreneurship skills.

- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
