We are seeking a highly skilled Acheteur Facility Management to join our team at Verkor, a leading industrial company in the field of low-carbon battery manufacturing. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy and sourcing activity for Facilities Management Services (Capex-Opex) for our Verkor Giga Factory in Dunkirk.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of the category strategy for Facilities Management, working closely with key stakeholders and the Category Leader.
- Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management activity, supporting the ramp-up of the plant and construction works environment.
- Drive the sourcing and procurement process, defining optimization plans to reduce lead times and costs for the full process of acquisition (Total Cost Ownership) for the GF1 under construction.
- Manage Source to Contract activity for services (Hard and Soft FM), negotiate and monitor FM contracts, and animate SRM processes and Supplier Performance KPIs.
- Proactively propose improvements in procurement processes and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the Procurement department.
- 5-10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with a solid background in Facility Management.
- Ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Procurement Management or an Engineer degree.
- Familiarity with large-scale categories, especially in Facility Management (cleaning, security, building maintenance, multi-technical maintenance, offices, HVAC, clean concept, and associated ways of buying).
- Experience with digital solutions for procurement, including ERP systems like SAP and sourcing platforms.
- Good relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
