Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or executive assistance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
