Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or executive assistance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
