**Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a qualitative reception of customers, employees, and service providers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages and letters, to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Offer administrative support to the investment team, particularly to the Partners, to facilitate their work and ensure the success of our projects.
  • Manage travel and expense reports for Associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and set up for meetings, ensuring a seamless and efficient meeting experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**

  • Bilingual in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • International experience is a plus, with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
