Sales Director Infrastructure Lead

ZTE Corporation, a global leader in telecommunications and information technology, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director Infrastructure to join its team in France. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies for ZTE France.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the French market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with French telecom operators, including Iliad and BYG.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on ZTE's fixed-access network solutions, transmission, and products, including wifi, optical terminals, STB, CPE, DWDM, and IP.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement significant projects and act as a consultant to customers.
- Ensure consistent successful business and revenue growth, achieving or exceeding targets.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the industry, with a successful sales track record with operators.
- Deep knowledge of fixed-access network solutions, transmission, and products.
- Fluent in English and at ease with matrix-based organizations.
