Sales Director - Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Infrastructure sales team in the Telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and fixed-access networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with French operators on management level engagement, building customer relationships and promoting products and solutions.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects and act as a consultant to the customer for fixed access network solutions, transmission, and/or products relating to STB, Optical Terminals, CPE, Wifi, etc.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Infrastructure segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in telecom sales, with a focus on French operators (e.g., Iliad, BYG).
  • Proven success in account management and sales growth.
  • Expertise in fixed-access networks and related technologies.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable in matrix-based organizations.
