Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Manager to support our global marketing initiatives and drive awareness and customer acquisition. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing tradeshow & event logistics, and coordinating closely with product management and sales teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign elements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials, content, and sales tools.
  • Track and analyze customer engagement across all touchpoints, including website visits, email interactions, social media activity, and event participation.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead and customer information.
Event Planning and Management
  • Plan and execute trade show events, including developing and managing budgets, booth design, setup, and teardown, and coordination with vendors and venue staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with the sales team, application scientists, and product management to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and product development plans.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management to understand customer needs and market trends, incorporating these insights into marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Track and analyze trade show KPIs, prepare post-event reports, and collect attendee feedback to improve future events.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics for campaign performance and other engagement tactics, using data to optimize and adjust future strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Create and share dashboards and visual tools to enable stakeholders to better understand and visualize the impact of marketing on business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in marketing and tradeshow management in life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (HubSpot, marketing automation, Google Analytics).
