To facilitate the swift adoption of the marketplace model and contribute to our expansion, Mirakl is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to be based in Paris.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for a designated portfolio of accounts, achieving up-sell and cross-sell targets.
- Proactively manage contract renewals within the customer portfolio to secure future revenue streams and mitigate churn risks.
Key Contributions:
- Develop tailored account plans for each key client.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle for up-sell and cross-sell initiatives: from identification and qualification to engagement, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage in monthly and quarterly business reviews to pinpoint opportunities and potential churn risks, crafting suitable action plans.
- Collaborate with client success and sales teams to implement action plans effectively.
- Stay informed about new product enhancements and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive or Account Manager within a SaaS environment.
- A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- The ability to navigate complex enterprise sales alongside transactional sales.
- A proven track record of successfully closing intricate deals.
- A strong grasp of business practices and industry dynamics.
- Comfort with conceptual selling while effectively demonstrating ROI.
- A demonstrated work ethic and a history of exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English are essential.
- Additional proficiency in an Eastern European language is a valuable asset.
