About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at Corcentric, you will be part of a collaborative team within a dynamic, entrepreneurial global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support by answering questions and resolving issues related to Corcentric software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer support requests in a professional and timely manner, utilizing effective communication skills to mitigate customer confusion or frustration.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize resources and tools effectively for troubleshooting and researching issues to identify root cause and resolution.
  • Incident Management: Support, document, prioritize, and track incidents reported by customers, escalating cases to senior resources and following documented escalation procedures as needed.
  • Knowledge Management: Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products, service offerings, and support policies to provide accurate solutions.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and convey feedback internally regarding product improvement and enhancement customer suggestions.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and management throughout Corcentric.
Requirements
  • Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support or technical support, with excellent rapport and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, a passion for technology along with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English.
  • Software Knowledge: Good understanding of software applications and SaaS platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Reliability: Reliability, along with a strong work ethic.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, remain organized, and prioritize between multiple projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or comparable training, certification.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting concepts.
