Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support by answering questions and resolving issues related to Corcentric software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer support requests in a professional and timely manner, utilizing effective communication skills to mitigate customer confusion or frustration.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize resources and tools effectively for troubleshooting and researching issues to identify root cause and resolution.
- Incident Management: Support, document, prioritize, and track incidents reported by customers, escalating cases to senior resources and following documented escalation procedures as needed.
- Knowledge Management: Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products, service offerings, and support policies to provide accurate solutions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and convey feedback internally regarding product improvement and enhancement customer suggestions.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and management throughout Corcentric.
- Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support or technical support, with excellent rapport and relationship-building skills.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, a passion for technology along with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English.
- Software Knowledge: Good understanding of software applications and SaaS platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Reliability: Reliability, along with a strong work ethic.
