Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and software updates
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and other IT systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
