Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist at Corcentric, you will be part of a collaborative team within a dynamic, entrepreneurial global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support by answering technical and non-technical questions, resolving issues related to Corcentric software solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support requests via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Mitigate customer confusion or frustration through effective communication.
- Utilize resources and tools for troubleshooting and researching issues to identify root cause and resolution.
- Support, document, prioritize, and track incidents reported by customers.
- Evaluate and escalate cases to senior resources and follow documented escalation procedures.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products, service offerings, and support policies to provide accurate solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and conveying feedback internally regarding product improvement and enhancement suggestions.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and management throughout Corcentric.
Requirements:
You'll need to have:
- Experience in customer support or technical support with excellent rapport and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, a passion for technology, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- A good understanding of software applications and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Reliability, along with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, remain organized, and prioritize between multiple projects.
- High proficiency with Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
You'll find it helpful to have:
- A Bachelor's degree or comparable training, certification.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Additional European language skills (Spanish).
- Database research experience.
